:D i just think about, i use the vista usable update utility from a cingular rom and just change the romfile and start, but the version its show me is less than the wm5 rom i use. also the wm6 rom size is more,... :p

...i do some like this on my ipaq, it comes with wm 2002 but i put wm5 from newer ipaq and it runs!, but not useless,.. no button works just the touchscreen :cool:

i am on the way now: take out the oem dll from a 8500 qtek 5.1 rom and put it on this s620 rom,... but not finish, i use a rom kitchen for prophet and have some issues, .. tell u more next :)

dont forget about OEMDrivers, and make a relocation of rom by G'reloc (search forum for it)

+ i use some tool on my work pc to open the rom truly, take the needed files out, but just got folders :confused:
+ so just for fun i use ansi editor and change rom description from tornado to startek, and put it on my fon, but no nothing just black and little sound!!! but have luck i can go back to my old fashend fast 5.1 dopod rom,... :o

so i want ask you: can you provide me a oem package from 5.1 rom with needed dll? or tell me a better tool to do on my own :D
