Resizing Images to Email : Treo 750v with WM6

I take all my pix at the highest res with my Treo 750 and sometimes email them to my Tumblr block. Problem with this is that I cannot downsize the images when I attach them to an email. I have chnaged the settings at Start>Programs>Pictures & Video>Menu>Options and changed the "When sending pictures in e-mail..." to "Small (160 x 120)" but still it is sending the image as it is. Usually around 300k.

Anyone with any workaround solution? I have restarted my phone my pulling out the battery. THe email account I use is via pop on my xx@gmail.com account so not sure if this is an issue?

Any help would be appreciated.

Simple. Go to Pictures & Videos--->Menu--->Options--->(select picture size from drop down menu)

No so simple. As you can see in my previous post, I have already gone through that step. Does anyone else with a Treo 750 with WM6 have the same issue?
