Prohpet Cyclic rebooting..

I have tried several ways to reflash my Prohpet with no success, at this stage the phone boot's in to Tri-color mode, showing

IPL 2.10
SPL 2.20.0001

Then it reset's again. :mad:

Please please, please pretty please, someone point me in the right direction.:confused:
