I recently installed DCD's new GPS enabled ROM for Verizon. Everything has been working well even the GPS !!EXCEPT!! Bluetooth OBEX. When I try to send / beam any type of file my XV6800 stops responding and I am forced to soft reset.

I don't know if this only affects the Verizon ROM or all carriers for that matter. Is there any one here that has a fix or know's of a fix to resolve this issue? Has DCD released any news on this? I would Gladly appreciate it, as all the people with this issue.

UPDATE
I have revised the registry and IR and OBEX are enabled.

[ I also read on another thread that a Verizon user has the same issue. Only he has came to a conclusion that this issue only arises when he installs any new app in the DCD beta ROM. I havent tried hard reseting. I am waiting for this fix because other than that my XV6800 is close to perfect after all my modz.]

EDIT: I am on DCD 2.2.0 with other ROMS mixed and it has been working for me for a while already ( previous software was buggy ). You should enable beam through the bluetooth settings and on the comm manager also.

I get a "failed" message when I try to send files from one titan to another via bluetooth. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Make sure the other Titan has Beam enabled.

Both titans have beam enabled. It still says "pending" for like 2 secs then it says "failed"

Do any of them have the authentication enabled? Both of them are discoverable via bluetooth right?

If they do / dont try to pair them and then try it again. For some reason they act weird at times and you have to do this in order to send something.
