Upgrading the rom

Hi guys i would like some help if tried everything to upgrade my rom but it keeps on throwing me errors i load the jump spl but all it shows me is a white screen nothing else help can somebody explain in detail for me how to do it because the rom installs up to 2% and then my phone restarts and it says rom corrupt thanx in advance

Press the camera button and voice button together NOT the power and camera buttons and do it before you tap the 1.1-Olipro.nb file, almost simultaneously.
I think you need three hands for this exercise. After 20 000 attempts I almost had cramp in my hand.
