when i'm overclocked my touch it's softreseting itself. there is no need to super speeds. it's even reset itself with 234 mhz. its enhanced touch and i'm still using original rom. cooked roms may help? what do you think?
my second probles is screen. if a image moves to horizontal ways image is disstorting. there are some horizontal shapes becoming on the moving image. did you notice this kind of problem on your screen?
i hope i could explain the problem.

If you're using the stock rom, it could be that it has been 'locked' in some way. This obviously wouldnt appy to a cooked rom.
My suggestion would be to dump the rom of you device, then flash with a cooked rom, and test overclocking. If still doesnt work, you've probably reached the limit of your CPU (although a very low limit).
If it does work, could point to some kind of anti-tampering lock..

Had the same problem on my Touch Enhenced, even one step up in omapclock was cousing screen distortions, flying stripes on display and other troubles + extreme unstability!!
Was afraid I got some kind of "weak" processor unit, but suprise! After a hard reset, everything comes to normal, I can overclock it even to 260Mhz with absolutely no troubles (did`t try overclock it more).
So my prescription would be:
1) Do a hard reset first,
2) It seems that Touch Enhenced from HTC (not from operator, like Sprint, Orange, etc.) are app unlocked by default, but to be sure go to registry HKLM - Security - Policy and check is it unlocked,
3) Install and try BatteryStatus.
It is working excelent for me on stock rom.

About your 2nd problem, try this:
1) Turn off device completly, then take out battery for couple of minutes,
2) Start device again and see results.
If the problem persists, unfortunetaly, you will have to send it back on warranty repair, or replacement. If battery removal won`t help, it is a hardware issue.
