hardspl is: SPL-1.56.0000 (HOW TO ULOCK?)

I am ready to unlock my Kaiser (TyTnII) but my spl version is : SPL-1.56.0000
How do I get this to *.OliPof??

HardSPL. That's a very basic question and tells me you haven't read much. Read the wiki completely and all the stickies (at the very least). As a noob, I also spent a few days reading the site before I did anything. If you don't know what you're doing, you can brick your device. Good luck.

I did read a lot, And here is what I have found so far:
HardSPL v6, sets the SPL to *.olipro, My version is *.0000
As far as I can figure out, it is not about Hard SPL, cause this is the Startup bi the bootlaoder, whith which you can flach the rom version to a different version.
Now my question was: how do I updat this, but I already found it, exept the link does not work (tool name is: RUUWrapper.exe)

did I mis anything or did not understand this?

I do know what I was doing, the link you gave me, is the right link (and the only link I found to the Kaiser update, the rest is hermes, and that will not work.) I updated the BootLoader, and followed the rest of the steps, and now..... I am the happy onwner of an UNLOCKED TyTnII
