remove software from htc

Hi,

My HTC Touch contains a lot of software I never use (like Exel). How to remove that software so I can use the space for other things? The programms doen't appear in the list of installed software...

Theses programs are contained in your ROM... you can´t delete them...

only way is to cook your own ROM without these programs...
