imap issues anyone?..

Does anyone here use imap? I use my google imap and it worked before on my original vox rom, but I have since tried both the new vox rom and the dr gonzo rom, and they both crash messaging upon opening an email, not allowing me to see my emails! Has anyone else had this? Or is there is a fix? Cheers

No problem in newest rom, some problems in gmail imap was solved by gmail, if you use it.

Yeah I am using gmail, I tired the googlemail app but thats still like a pop3 mail display, i might try the vox rom update again, and see what happens. I'm sure I can't be the only one with an issue thou! At least I hope not.. lol

No issues here with original ROM, ARA rom or New Guava ROM.

okay thanks, i have now got it sort of working, although it make my phone very unstable for some reason, it took a few soft resets to work, and after all that its not working as great as i hoped, unless my experience is hampered in some way but i think i will go back to pop3 for now, just to be on the safe side! cheers all
