Well,
I had to give it a shot to compare with my rom...
The rom seems to work well, they have a newer build than mine.
There is more storage space than my rom but less apps.
But then my rom has about 2 + MB more for program.

But still believe me. WM6.1 is much faster and i only tested a non cleaned version.... letīs wait for itjes release and we will have fun with a non timebomb new build and fast stable rom...
i believe he will do it.
donīt want to force you - but wm6.1 is in base faster than wm6....

Nice increase of speed with this rom, something I noticed right away. Was glad to see that the trim feature was working in AudioManager...this feature seemed to be "left out" from a few ROM's i've tried recently. Also it appears that the problem with the x-button and the left soft-key has returned which makes the task manager quite useless. A quick fix I suggest would be to use the task manager from batterystatus which can be assigned to a hardware key. This allows you to close programs without pressing the screen(just press sideways on the d-pad.)
Also seems kind of wierd that there isn't a running applications tab on the memory page anymore, its been made into a seperate app.
Anyone care to explain how the managed programs application works??
Lastly is it just me or does anyone else think that the time spent developing "Getting Started" could have been put to better use...but I guess it'll help your average noob get acquainted with their device.
PS:luvin the 40+mb of storage memory

How to download from pdaviet:
Register,
go to the topic, click thanks under the post with links and than you will be able to download the hidden content.
Use PDAVIET/pdaviet to download, second file can you download without any probs...
Extract using password PDAVIET
I'll mirror it later on, for a couple of days -> not going to waste my bandwidth on this :P

I have the same problem as i have with Touch-IT. i flash the rom on T-Mobile wing device. it seems that the X/OK botton is not aligned on the screen.. if i tap it... it seems that some other area on the screen is getting the tap.
Is there anything special that needs to be done for Wing? i bet it's same solution for Touch-IT.. if i knew what it was :p
EDIT: and yes, screen align tool is not helping

so - im using this rom since yesterday evening and its just works. x-button as always - cab resolves the problem.
activesync 4.5, outlook2007 (ooo its sucks..) and contacts and appointments was transfered from my device in ~1 minute - so it works.
rom is quick and stable. some diffrences are in bt pairing process. and its quite clean (besides htc home which i hate and want to delete..)

-Flashed the Rom, Same Problem with the X button, not working most of the time.
-Didn't find it any faster than the other Roms I tried so far on my P4350.
-Getting started is nothing special, HTCActionScreen is much better.
Would like to try the orignal base rom not a cooked one if it is available.

the cab file creates an icon in star\settings 0 touchflosettings
which has no function - BUT the x-button is solved.
btw - as far as i see pdaviet deleted the cube - that allways happend then to the x-button...
But the rom isn´t such fast as i expected after my last test of an wm6.1 rom.. mmhhhh

I was chomping at the bit. got the best of me. I had to try it out. I like it. I love the speed. (have a need for speed). I'm sure ttran's Open Touch 3.0 Slime Line will be better but I get to play with 6.1 for the weekend.
Just deleting all the sliding sounds (he includes a registry editor in the rom). gives me 45 Free storage memory. (from 44).
Its cool, its fun and its here.

i've tested a2dp (with gsplayer and tcpmp) and currently on this rom i can watch divx video without overclocking cpu! and there is more - my device is underclocked to 130mhz and i can still hear bt music and write sms with palm threaded app. and in this rom i can restore wm6 orginal dialer. currently i'm still doesnt have time to port rom and most of roms are "to touched" for me.. onestly - is there any rom without htchome? any rom with (stable) more than 30mb of ram?
its quite annoying... im staying with this rom until any other can provide me same speed and stability..

I installed this ROM this morning and played around with it. Yes the "x" didn't work, didn't have MMS even tried to install the T-Mobile MMS cab and soft reset, still no MMS, love the threaded SMS, love all the storage, but there is alot that I got use to in Biggy 2.7, so am installing Open Biggy 2.7 as I type this, will just have to wait for Biggy 3.0.

i tried this for a bit then immediately went back to contrary to what my signature says, cleanrom final. I like the threaded sms, but they chef didn't even bother to remove the sms sent notification and i don't particularly like the dialer, which functions wierdly. These are in addition to the x-button and the mms stuff.
All in all, it's a great proof of concept, but it's too bulky and slow for my tastes (even with 6.1). That said, i want a touchit or opentouch or cleanrom 6.1 roms so badly now.

it's pretty fast, much faster than Touch-it or the other with touch in its name - at least it feels faster. I didn't run any benchs. Less "lag", faster reactions when you do something. Well, its pretty stripped, noo wonder that it's faster than a rom with touchflo and stuff.

Yeah that's what I say. Its fast, very fast. Most don't agree but I know what I'm seeing. Stripped is good -- for me at least. After I put all my apps on my Storage Card, I still have 41.7 free storage memory and 26 free program. Other roms quickly use up memory with these same apps. I don't what is making the difference.

Anyways, as i said, i didn't run any benchmarks. It's just the feeling of responsiveness that makes roms (or programs, or whatever) feel fast - even if maybe the loading times are higher.
