Can't downgrade anymore

Hi @ all,

i have a O2 XDA NEO (HTC Prophet) with the ROM: Prophet Touch XB Fusion!
I was very happy with that but since today morning the sound is missing if i wanna call someone and also if i wanna listen to my music. But if i connect the headset everything is fine!

I thought that it could solve the problem if i flash another ROM!
So i wanted to downgrade to WM5.
But everytime if i start the wizard the Neo disconnects and the downgrade failes!

I even tried it with the bootloader-mode but it doesn't work either!

So what can i do?
Please help me!
I need the original ROM to get the warrranty of O2!

I think that these are the right information.
I'm not sure with the OS. At startscreen there is displayed "10.0.0.0" and if i go to "settings\about" the ist displayed "CE OS 5.2.1933"
I don't know which is the right one!

Which ROM are you using? Try following the Prophet Recovery method in the wiki...

The OS on the boot screen is a value chosen by the person who made the ROM, the CE OS is the version of Windows Compact Edition the ROM is based on.
