Duplicate progams on Tilt

Hey guys. I had to use sprite back up about two times this week to restore some settings. Since then I noticed that I have duplicate programs like Word, Power Point. I think this is killing my Memory. Any solutions?

when you restore in the future you can chose on the left soft key to change to advanced mode.

then when you click on restore and you chose your back up file you get a list of items that you can check and uncheck and break it down to your settings, reg system settings, storage card etc. uncheck the items you do not care for like the programs. also try downloading htc data back up. it gives you the same options as sprite but i find it more user friendly, next time u back up with sprite, check what you want, like outlook contacts, email etc that might help. hope that helps
