Dumping the Vox ROM

I want to dump the ROM of my Vox so that I can tweak it to my liking and add facade and HTC Live homescreen, Opera Mobile, and my GPS applications that I use including Google Mobile Maps and maybe battery Pack Pro to save me having to re-install them everytime I do a Hard Re-set, but I need some help with how to dump the ROM?
