QuickClear type memory cleanup for 6800?

Hey guys. Right before I got my 6800 I found and tried helmi's kitchen for my 6700. It had a program called quickclear on it that with one click would clear temp files or somethin and free up memory. With all the talk about ram leak or memory usage with these new roms, is there a preferred app to clean it up short of resetting?

Have you tried "ClearTemp" ,you should be able to download the cab from forum.

I've used this on my last few ppc's. It's a simple and fast executable.:o
