Nothing. Great.

I wouldn't expect any major improvements from a .1 release anyway. It's alot of welcome changes though, and any speed increase is definitely an upgrade.

In short the news:
1. SMS Chat View Mode
2. Speed
3. Getting Started
4. PIE Zoom Out
5. Managed Programs
6. Task Manager
7. Office One Note
To me this could be the great strength of the new Windows Mobile 6.1, this case is being tested in a HTC X7500 Advantage a machine by nature very quickly, that with this new version was even more, imagine, before the terminal took about 50 seconds to restart at the moment with the WM6.1 takes only 30 seconds, in the navigation menus is irreproachable.

Hmmm, nothing great? #1 - Threaded SMS. Easier to read SMS's, no big deal. #2 - Speed. Yep, faster device. Nothing great about that. #4 PIE Zoom Out. Yep, nothing there either. #6 - Better task manager. Can't possibly be anything worthwhile there.
In the end, is this a huge revision to v6? Not really, that's why it's a .1 release, like everyone else is saying. But perhaps we're getting closer to what v6 should have been from the get go. Look for major improvements with v7, whenever that is.

It runs damn fine on my Touch and the memory leak is gone. Good stuff! I don't really get the getting started though, what's that supposed to be for?

imo mem leak problem removal is VERY important, if it is really fixed.
i do not need ANY new apps, nor touch shit.

Someone in another thread said it wasn't fixed but that hasn't been confirmed. Several people noticed a huge improvement, myself included.
