Make sure u have isntall rlToday 1st then just unzip & copy folder to rlToday folder

Great start, i think it's got great potential. I would advise to look at the various screenshots of manila, and replicate a "total" package of it.

So for example the scrolling navigation bar (or atleast a bar that looks like it)

And maybe, but i'm not to formiliar with rlToday some other subpages just like the "orinal" manila.

Well to start rlToday is just a today plugin ... well i can try to make the launcher (meaning button only wzout scrolling) ...
NOT PROMISING any i may come out with the flash ver of manila interface if nobody else beats me to it ... or i am slow in doing it ;)
