The Polaris is a fairly new device. So there are no real ROM's available at the moment.

Maybe there will be some ROM dumps in the near future ;)

Okee, i'll try that one.

But will it be possible to change from wwe to dutch, with only patching? Or will the patch utility gonna complain about its not the correct language, and it cant be patched?

You can't "patch" a ROM to use it with a different language. You can however translate a ROM. HERE (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=311078) you will find more info on how to do this.
