This forum is great but it should be well organized...cause when a user will search the forum he will feel like there are many things that he didn't read because of many threads and sections...i guess it will be better to organize your forum to be more user friendly while searching

Yes this is a big site with a lot of info on it and the fact that vBulletin built in search engine is not very good does not help.

For better results you should use google to search this site.

As for reorganizing it - well if you have any specific suggestions on how to make the forum more user friendly please post them here and we will see what we can do.

There is no short cut to knowledge. It needs painful hours of reading on the web, count youself lucky that info is now readily available at the fingertips by mean of a search compare to the days when there is not internet!
