How CAN I CID unluck a HTC S710. I Have the latest ROM version and would like to install this on my device. But when I try that i recieve the error Invalid Vendor ID (294. So how can I solve this so I be able to install the new Rom version

CID BYPASS. Read the USPL sticky.

What device do you have? If it's not a HTC, but a branded, it will not work, unless you do the USPL http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=330909

Even with some HTC S710's USPL had to be done for flashing the new OS.
I have a HTC S710(bought just 20 days back) and I had to do the USPL to flash the new ROM, even my friend who bought his S710 a month ago had to do the USPL.
we both had the 1.22.720.2 ROM on the device originally.
