hi xda members
..i have very bad problem regarding my pda...i got o2 xda exec (i.e,universal) ....i had installed version of rom beasty n laurentius bl+..n after working for few weeks...it crashed my phone...i m a complete non tech-geek...so i didnt knew wat to do?...i just handed my fone to the pda repairer n the guy told me that it had some problem with rom so he said that to repair my o2 he would charge around 30$ which i thought was too much...so i just wanted an advice from u that should i go ahead with repairing or it can be done with less money..
actual problem in my o2 is it keeps restartin itself n shows the notification of excess memory which is not able to take the load of programs to get started n as soon as i go for stoppin the running programs it gets restart...so i hav started gettin irritated now....n someone told me tat u can do the repairing for ur fone just by sittin home without even spending a single penny?..is it possible....he said to active sync my mobile with pc....n rest he didnt knew wat to do....i tried syncing my o2 with pc but i didnt detected my pda...i m using vista....so is my pda compatible with vista 32bit ....i got windows active sync mobile centre from microsoft....so if u got any experience on it u may share it....kindly respond to me soon so i wil be very obliged to u...

Unless I misunderstood what you wrote,
A) you flashed your Universal with a WM6 ROM
B) you overloaded your device with programs that launch at startup and your device is currently unable to boot to a working state.

First, try the process described here (http://wiki.xda-developers.com/index.php?pagename=Universal_Resets) to hard reset your device. If that fails (although I can't think of a reason why it might) try flashing your device again with the same or another ROM.

Just in case:
ROM upgrade/flashing process described here (http://wiki.xda-developers.com/index.php?pagename=Uni_ROM_Upgrade).

If you have any more questions, read the wiki (http://wiki.xda-developers.com/index.php?pagename=HTC_Universal) page for the Universal.
