BA WM 6 problems/questions

i just update to Wm 6 xplode edition and it´s great.
but i have a few problems/questions:

problems :
-i need the sd music patch.can´ find by using search.
-bluetooth sereo headset doesn´ work well.
when i connect a stereo headset and play music in media player it works.
but it doesn´t play any other sounds.
-internet work perfectly but it says: can´ connect

questions:
how i can make a hard resett ?
will the german language pack work on xplode´s rom ?
can i make an sd image that work ?

how i can make a hard resett ?


While pressing on power button, do a soft reset, once the 4 colour screen appear, press simultaneously on camera and record button, the hard reset screen will appear, chhose:

enable KITL---> No
erase Hive----> yes
erase Storage-> yes

then pres the email button to end

N.B. to navigate press camera to move selection and record to change it to yes or no.
