What Should i Do?!?(wont load pass service screen)

I tried to put flash a rom onto my phone,An when i did the hard the rest it wont load pass the screen that says

ipl2.25
spl 2.25
gms 02.25.11

then the logo cingular


I have tried to restset to factroy default but the same thing happens.

I also tried to connect by usb to pc an wont allow me to connect.

some please help me find out a way to fix it or should i just get a new phone?

Is your phone CID unlocked ? if it's not CID unlocked,try to unlock and read and follow the unlocking guide by Dr Puttingham in the stickies.If it's CID unlock,it's a bad flash and reflash the rom,get your phone in the bootloaders mode (multicolor screen) connect via usb cable and check if small usb appears at the bottom of the bootloaders screen and run the Ruu application.
