Changing the touch menu?

Does anyone knows how to change the settings of the touch menu? When i press E-mail in the touch menu it goes directly to the Outlook account but i want it to go to my Gmail account. Does anyone know how to change this ?

Version 2.22 of Carlos P's "Touch Settings" program is working for me... Do a search on the forum to find a download link.
