What I think you mean: you can't play any video file on your device and you are wondering which format to use.

Try 3GP MPEG-4. Total Video Converter is a good program to convert this.
Maximum capacity is microSDHC, ranging up to 32GB if I'm not mistaken, but you'll probably only find till 8GB on the market.
