Chinese WM6.1 ROM for Atom has been released, can be set to English

friends, I found several 6.1 ROMs in a China O2 bbs, links as below, you can find screen shots in the pages.

But the verison number totally confunsed me:
Brother Garmin already shared WM6.0 20000, why WM6.1 used 19716?

BTW, I am used Chinese ROM before and it can be set to show English, so if you want to try something new, you can have a try:D

Agreed with gkavin10. BTW, can it install for Atom Life too? The quality of my camera looks real bad after i flashed WWE_RC2140907B2.

⑴ against the registry to continue the optimization settings, the main purpose of which is to increase available memory boot (now 29 M) to further tackle the issue of memory leakage.
⑵ MMS version 4.2.8.1.
⑶ joined the G4.sip software for the selected input method will be set to default to avoid no input method for the phenomenon. Set in the "procedures" menu and "set" menu of related projects conducted.
⑷ joined a AppleBlack theme.
⑸ input in English only input method requires the input of other Friends of the Internet please download the cab installation package.
⑹ phone panels in blue, black mediaplay panel to the default.
