problems with extusb jack

Hi,
Now I have had my kaiser for a little more than a week, but I am already seeing problems with the extUSB jack, that I have used for headphones and syncing.

I am losing the right channel when listening (regardless of software) but it comes back if I wriggle the adapter a bit (it is the headphones supplied with the machine).

I would hate to send it back for service, as I have already gotten addicted to it!

If you have had it a little more than a week, take it back to where you bought it and get a replacement.

There are some threads on this board about problematic usb connections but they normally relate to activesync issues. It may be that this is the start of a bigger problem..

thanks for the response. I hope my machine is not representative for all kaisers! I did some searching, but I didn't find that much.
