Since i have gotten my AT&T TIlt i have never fooled around with the proxy and ports. I was wondering if there is a certain way my phone should be setup to always let programs use the internet and not let my phone slow down because of internet or connection issues. I have installed kaiser tweaks but thats about it for advised settings is there other stuff i should worry about.

Get either shaps advanced settings or run kaiser tweak. There are the correct settings in my sig in case there is something wrong.
