I would buy smart dialing for my s200, because I think the very small numbers .... excuse me, English, but I am Brazilian .... Since ja, thank you !!!!!

You don't have to buy smart dialing, it's built into many of the dialpad CABs out there. The one below works for me, I've included a screenshot. Try it!
