Sound output problem on new roms?

Anyone noticed any sound output on the new roms?

i.e: Using the USB jack for audio out?
I plug my shit in and I get no sound.

Bah it's apparently in the usb>stereo adapter I have. Works with the chitty HTC headphones.

no, there is definitely something wrong with the new roms and some adaptors. there are a number of threads about it. so far i have seen no fix.

It takes me a few minutes to get it to work.
