Today Screen - Am I being Stupid?

Hi there, I have attached a copy of what everyone says the screen looks like. Mine does not it is missing the whole of the top! Am i being stupid? How do I have it so that it looks as attached please?!?

htc home. U have probably branded Polaris (ie o2 orbit2) search for htc home plugin

I bought the HTC non branded handset! I did not get it either..........

Chech the Today menu for it, if it's not there do a Hard Reset...
If that still doesn't solve the problem you still can use the search option on the forum :D

Go to Start>Today>Items and tick HTC Home.
If your device is really HTC you should find it, otherwise you may have to go the "hard" way :eek:
