how to modify a shortcut icon

hi, i would like to modify a shorcut icon (ex: HTC actionscreen) by an other

i didnt find the correct way and tool to do it

search!!! Shortcut creator is here somewhere under Development i think, Sktool made smth like that as well.

The shourtcut files are simple text files whith *.lnk extensions, a simple text editor can do the job.

anyway, he'd like 2 change icon ie. ugly default m$hit icon or another exam is TT. to some other (from sbsh.net for exam) editing lnk wont do the trick. at first icon must be encapsulated in dll or icl and then. Or u can change icon in exe thru reshacker.

You're right, about that, I misunderstood a bit... The *.lnk files only use the icons provided to them by the targeted program. So editing that won't do you any good :(

i got the last version of SK tools, but i dont know how i can use it to change my icon?
