Very low wifi signal

For some reason in my house (apartment) my wifi signal is very low, even if I am right next to the router I only get two bars!

Any idea? Please?

I am using an O2 Xda Exec...I too discover my wi-fi signal is always very low...I have an Imate JasJAr that is/has always been getting good signal while the Exec just doesn't

But weirder considering that it works fine everywhere else!
