Where can I get Windows Live Messenger for WM 6.1

In the PDAVIET rom DONT have live messenger.

PDAViet isn't WM 6.1. It's an hibrid WM 6 / 6.1 ROM.

the cad files refered to is actually a zipped file and when i extracted it, there are several files with .001 - 133 and one .xml file. How do you install these files?

It sounds like a renamed cab file to me. Try renaming it to .cab, and see if you can execute it on your device.
