HTC Home like in Tom's B&B

Hello, does someone have a cab file of the version of HTC Home that Tom includes in his roms?

i.e. the transparent, sleek, icons and the options to edit which tabs are visible (via the today screen menu)

BTW, i'm running Meschle's latest vanilla rom.
