i don't have sufficient permissions to install a new comm manager on my own mobile.

when i try to install one of the 3g comm managers (so i can switch hsdpa on and off), it tells me i don't have sufficient permission. how the hell do i get around/disable that? it's REALLY annoying...

Make sure it isnt running when you install the new one.

comm manager runs all the time, doesn't it?

install the new comm manager after a fresh reboot. that will solve your problem.

Easiest solution, soft reset and immediatly install the new comm manager.
