Need help with AT&T Tilt ROM Update!

Hi, I just bought a new AT&T Tilt and been trying to update the new ROM to Alex v5 but I am having a lot of trouble can someone help me out. I am trying to use HTC Kaiser Hard-SPL v1 - CID Unlock & Flash any ROM to your device to unlock it but it does not work. I get to the white screen and it does not go to the tri-screen what am I doing wrong can someone help me out. I would really like to update the ROM. I am new to this hacking thing please help out. But I did try and I get an error 262 so I am not sure what I am doing wrong please help thanks.

Hi, thanks for the fast replay I downloaded the three files and ran the JumpSPL1.56-KAIS it say cannot be opened. Either it is not signed with a trusted certificate, or one of its components cannot be found. If the problem persists, try reinstalling or restoring this file. Can some one help me out thanks.

you're going to have to hard reset and do it all over again. THe first time you did it messed everything up. After I got the white screen, I lost all my data too. kinda got scarred and didn't do it again. left it stock now.

Hi, I did the hard reset and when I try it again it work but it gives me the tri color and when I plug in the USB it does not work so not sure what I am doing wrong.

not sure if this does anything I still can not flash my ROM :( Please Help.
