HTC P3400 Stuck on Boot Mode

I received HTC P3400 which is stuck on boot mode showing red/green/blue colours. Can somebody here please post the solution.

I have tried Soft Reset & Hard Reset both,but didnt worked.

I have received the phone from customer who says that the hadset hung on its own.

1. Kill ActiveSync process - wcescom.exe on your computer.
2. Attach USB-cable to device.
3. Run programm from attach, select "\\.\WCEUSBSH001" from port's list and click Ok.
4. Type (type himself, not copy/paste) in window:
password BsaD5SeoA(press Enter)
ruurun 0(press Enter)
ResetDevice(press Enter)

There is only one fix.... that is hard reset the device without even powering it on .....and please search the forum completely... i have also posted a video on YOUTUBE about this ...! :)

2) I aslo tried mtty.

I'm unable of doing hard reset and I can only see tricolor screen with the following information:
ONBL 1.10.0000
SPL 1.10.Olip

Hey guys,

i have a p3400 wid WM5.
upgraded it to WM 6. worked quite well for about 2 months after upgrading to WM6 but now stuck on bootloader screen (red, blue, green).

nothin seems to be workin.

tried everythin, including powercycle, hard reset, soft reset, flashing original rom and everythin. well nothing worked. after 10 days it jus starte again for like 10 mins and now it is back to wht it was.

somebody plsssssss helpppppp.

try to flash it with original stock ROM and get it repaired under warranty thats what i did.....:)

I have tried the procedure, but even then I am facing the same problem. whrn I reset the device the boot mode do not appear, only black screen. but if I press the Camera button 7 reset the device then the boot mode appears. please help to make my device run. sriyankar@gmail.com

Try power button+camera button together from tri color screen it enables the USB support where u can update original rom

open task manager go to processs and then select that process wceomm.exe and then slect end process...now start upgrading

its not a program..... its a process....

Do this
....
1> OPen Task Manager(hope u know how to do that)
2>Go to the Processes Tab on the top
3> Look for the process Wcesscom.exe , click on it once, and then click on "end process" on the bottom right....

No luck with upgrading also
Edit: Just had to read the ROM Flashing FAQ carefully and it did the trick :)

if ur on the tricolor
connect ur phone to the PC via USB
see if u get the USB words on the tricolor if so good
now go to any orignal rom for ur Phone(old gene new gene u must chek it i dont know OK) and click on it and do as the screen says ie try flashing it

Noticed there are a few error apprear in the last few lines of the above message. Anyway I ignore n follow by typing ls boot.bin at above Cmd> command prompt and strictly follow as per the instruction. But nothing happened, there is no white screen.

FYI, Im using XP (so no need to upgrade driver for ActiveSyn)
Also have disable the wcescomm.exe

Don't know what to do next?

Pls elaborate your question. I have not even reach the stage of flashing the rom i.e. still trying to patch SPL (step 5 of the step by step guide by krazy).
BTW, if the phone shows SPL 1.10.Olip and the phone does not work that means my phone is new gene, right?
