Thx for the heads up man. Can u tell me when in december u placed your order if u dont mind? I placed mine on jan 9th, and havent gotten any emails from them as yet. Would like to know so i can have an idea if my touch cruise might be shipped soon or i'll have to wait for the second batch.

My order was put in 12/22/07. This was my only notice - was not expecting it either.

I plays my order 11/19/07 and they shipped my Phone today :-))) via 2 day Air. So I should get it on Monday.

I placed my order on Jan 18th and I got my notice today that it shipped. Didnt get a tracking number though and Im on vacation till the 13th. Hope it doesnt get sent back because Im not there to sign for it.

are u kidding me? I placed mines on jan the 9th and no notice was giving to me, even though i called in the evening they got the shipment. Ah well, tough luck i guess.

PM'd ya back. I responded too defensively, I apologize.

I dont know why my order was shipped already. I spoke to my rep at MP earlier this week and he said I was supposed to be in the March 22nd shipment. I dont know why the change.

The bigger issue that we have here is MP and their business practices. There are others that have placed their orders with MP "in the last 3 weeks" and have gotten a ship notification. Wonder what MP's explanation is?

Yes. The MP order is for my wife. I'm glad I didn't wait for MP...but my wife will probably be upset.
