Help please tilt hangup

hey guys,,
i have a problem when i tried the hardspl ,
it seems i tried to use the simunlock first i am notsure, anyway , i have the tilt now in the boot loader option , tri-color, when i use the hardspl again it is not working, sometime it open the white screen but no transfer stoped at 0% ,
any ideas, please, thanks

i tried it and still not working ,
when i used mtty :

and it keep just flashing white and back to tri color ,
and in this info says run jumspl from phone how u can do that and the phone not open only in boot loader mode!!

finaly , problem fixed by reflash the att flash and use winxp instead of vista ,,


but now when i open it ,, says att test only not for sale

how i can change that
