it falls asleep in ~60 seconds (standard - 2min) and the red indicator joins.
We save the battery.
** Added manage to disconnect reminders on the category of the battery
** cab files doesn't deletes after installation
** Contacts of a SIM-card are disappears in the general contacts
** Reduced thickness of a strip of scrolling
** "Temporary Internet Files" on Storage Card
** IE is optimized
** Date on the screen - in one line
** By default OBEX is turned off

On WM6.1 opening extrom conducts to loading the processor in 100 %. On WM6.0 such was not. Therefore do not leave extrom constantly opened!

If I understand you correctly, all you really need is a clean rom (There are few options, known as Touch-It, Open Touch Lite, or Ivanmj base) and then add the dual language functionality.
If that's what you want, pick a ROM and flash it, look in the attached zip with few different cabs. Read the readme to see which cab you want (with or without Russian dictionary with auto suggestions, with or without dual-language dialer, Rus_Eng contacts supprots, etc).
Note: If you have a Wing, you will need to use Keyboard fix that is stickied on the front page, as these cabs will make your keyboard like Herald's! Good luck.

1. Unpack on c:\ .
2. Connect your phone to computer, make sure activesync is enabled (green icon)
3. Run herald-uspl.exe on your computer and follow instructions on screen.
4. If you have problems, reboot device, and retry after.

edit:just tried out the UC features and its always resetting after your customizations instead of completing the autorun customizations and then continuing to the sdconfig.txt of the sd card. Just wondering if you or anyone else had got it to work already.

Well, I've been running this Rom for a day or two, and it's very nice. For the moment everything seems to be running pretty well.
The battery life is pretty good... left my house last nite around 8pm, and I just got home near 5am with 60% battery ... and I've been on my phone using SMS every few minutes for the whole evening.
Rom seems to be very stable and pretty fast.

Good job Aserg with this rom, and I'm glad that you have decided to release the English version.:cool:

well, I have tried them too. Too slow for OMAP850 :(
But, as aserg said, having office in the ROM is the biggest asset for me as I dont require all those extra features which the softmaker apps offer

ASerg, would you be so kind to tell everybody who is intersted in Cube installing the best way of installing the cube . I already have TouchFlo Scrollig without a cube features in this rom. I can't find separate cube, just different TouchFlo cabs.

Did you run Network Wizard (from Settings/Connections?) Are you talking about WiFi (needs to be turned-on), or T-mobile Data plan?

Are you using a full data plan $19.99 or a T-mobile proxy hacked plan for $5.99? For later, you need to configure your settings manually. Do a search, I have seen those settings in multiple threads! Good luck.

Well at least with this I can send mms, well kinda anyways. It even looks like its trying to receive them (keeps connectioning to gprs) but it never finishes and get the mms in the inbox

I can send. I can see its trying to receive, but it never gets it. It shows a mms is coming in from the sender, gets to 99% then discon's from the gprs. Its been doing this for a while. Everytime I goto the sms or sms menu it connects to the gprs and does this about 3-4 times and quits.

thats the same problem i was having with it before. i like this rom. its really fast and everything. no flaw that i saw other then the MMS. only if he could get that working it'd be great. hopefully he'd find a fix to it really soon

I am reading alot of people are having issues mms and it might be that tmobile not playing nice with the newest radio version. I am not real sure of that. Is there a way to downgrade the radio without completely reflashing the whole rom?

Aserg. I really really love this ROM. I just wish I could find a way for this to work with Tmobile. Seems something about Arcsoft mms v5 is the issue. I don't want to lose that because I like the SMS threading. Is there some way to get a shot of your ROM with the previous version of the Arcsoft MMS in it? Or do you have a CAB that I can maybe overwrite whats already there?

try installing these two cabs on your phone, i was having the same problem and now i'm all good. make sure u set the network wizard to USA and whatever carrier u have to make sure u have all the right settings on your phone for the internet, mms, sms and etc. let me know if it works for you

I have tried those before. And I did try them. I just never get the MMS receive. Check your PM. If you got AIM I'd like to chat with you. I been trying to sort this out for a while now

I just figured out why yours is working and mine is not. The lite has the 4.2 version of mms and the full has v5. Thats the darn reason.

I dunno. I tried them all and this one I like the most. If I could just have the mms working properly I would be content. I think I am just going to do without them for now and wait for an update that has fixed the issue.

Certainly I can collect and with 4.2. I can is simple I do not understand that particularly does not work for you, badly I know English language. But, at me a question to all. MMS v.5 only at me works??? Or still there are such lucky beggars?

By unlocked, the only limitation you may have is the CID Lock, which prevents most phones from being flashed with Roms that aren't released by the manufacturer or carrier.

Most people on here have HARD SPL'ed their phones, which removes that limitation. You can also try using USPL, which temporarily bypasses the CID lock, but I recommend you do some research on these 2 methods before attempting them.

I personally have HARD SPL'ed my phone and it was very simple to do... the only thing you have to be careful is that your IPL is v4, not v1.

Which phone do you have and what is the IPL on it? (you can see this by going into bootloader (soft resetting while holding in the camera button)

I currently have another ROM on my phone but am looking to give this ROM a try. Would like to see what the status of the MMS is. I have ArcSoft 4.2.8.1 on my phone now and had issues with not receiving MMS. I read previously on this thread that someone was trying this ROM with that version because he thought it might work because the version that come in this ROM not working either.

Is this issue resolved. Have people worked this out yet? I did install the two cabs on my phone to fix the problem and it worked but I have a few other issues with my current ROM including connectivity issues in areas that I had service before the cabs and am wondering if those updates messed something up.

To tell the truth absolutely all works for me. And mms including, as with version 5 and 4. I have collected ROM with both versions. Try. More I can help nothing.

Right, I think it is a T-Mobile thing in the US only.

OK, I might just try one then the other on MMS first to test.

under today and htc home tab everything is blank. the boxes are there and checked but thats it. also for some reason my clock and the buttons stop showing up on my today screen??? did a soft reset still no help

WOW, I just installed and have the same problem. Blank HTC Home on Today screen. Happened after trying to disable the music player tab. Reset and still the same.

Other than that, this ROM is blazing fast and seems great.

This happened to me too. I assumed it was from using the customizer program since it states it's not fully compatible with the latest version of home yet. I unchecked all those boxes with blank lines on the htc home tab under today settings and it went back to normal.

To answer my own previous question and for those wondering the same, MMS works fine for me on the T-mobile network in USA. I can send and receive and am using the latest ROM build with ArcSoft MMS 5.0.31.7.
