Okay, so I was looking around for a new screen protector for my 8525. Tried a few of the generic "universal" type and they all sucked. Bad.

Then I went to Circuit City the other day, and as I was walking around thinking how stupid it is that so much effort must be put in to finding decent screen protectors given the large amount of large-screened phones out there, I stumbled across the Nintendo DS section.

Bingo.

Even though CC online says $7.99 for the two pack, they were only $4.99 at the store here. They even come with a really nice polishing cloth (similar in squishy-soft goodness to the type that come with a PSP or an iPhone).

These things are crystal clear, people. I used a plastic card rather than the little cardboard crap that came with them to apply them, and boy do they look nice. My wife couldn't even tell I HAD a screen protector on the phone when she first saw it. They have a nice thickness to them and work great with the stylus, too.

Just thought I would share my find with everyone.

Nice... It's a good idea to you those protectors.
What about the size of them ? Do they fit perfectly? Perhaps not...
Can you cut them with scissors?

Oh yeah, I totally forgot to mention that! I did have to use the scissors to trim them to the right size. They cut pretty easy, though.
