Hello XDA! Thanks to everyone here for the tools and knowledge I used to make this. Don't forget to HardSPL!

I made my own because other roms are either too light or have programs I never use. I'm sure there will be people that feel this way about my roms.

2 Flavors Available based on a mix of Voda 3.08 and WWE 3.03!

3.08.DKv1.0 with Original Kaiser Dialer from WWE 3.03
3.08.DKv1.1 with Touch Dual Dialer (thanks to Nadavi and Dutty)
3.08.DKv1.2 ROMS at bottom of this post

NO reboot bug from 3.03

Gone Are:
- NETCF and SQLCE 2.0
- Welcome Center
- Windows Update
- Links to WM Task Manager
- Adobe Reader LE
- BCR World Card
- 9 Button Comm Manager
- Cyberon Voice Speed Dial
- Esmertec Jbed (Java)
- HTC Home (takes up way too much today screen realestate)
- HTC Home Plug
- IA Zip
- A lot of extra junk (i.e. ringtones, templates, images...)

In Are:
- NETCF and SQLCE 3.5 (fixed OEM based on FAMAN's)
- Windows Live (from WWE 3.03 SYS folder)
- 6 Button Comm Manager (forgot who I stole this from)
- Cyberon Voice Commander (assigned to PTT button, from cab stolen from 1.81 HK ROM)
- Today Clock from Samsung i760 (thanks to my Co-Worker)
- The rest of the OEM's from WWE 3.03 that I didn't remove

Untouched Programs:

- Default WM Stuff (i.e. ActiveSync, Calculator, File Explorer, etc.)
- Audio Manager
- Bluetooth Explorer
- QuickGPS
- SIM Manager
- Streaming Media
- Voice Recorder
- Sliding Sounds
- TouchFLO Settings (to turn off clicking sound)

Tweaks!!
- Disable Fast Sleep
- Disable Not Certified Warning
- Disable Send Notification
- File System Cache 8192 bytes
- File System Filter Cache 31768 bytes
- GDI\Font Cache 131072 bytes
- Keyboard Backlight Timeout 30 seconds
- Show Battery on Dialer During Call
- Show Battery on Title Bar
- Keyboard Layout is AT&T Tilt

Radio:
- 1.64.06.04 and 1.64.08.21 work for sure

Bugs?
- Bluetooth turns on at start then shuts off. I honestly don't think this is a bug. If it stayed on then it would be, but since it shuts off maybe it's just checking something.
- Internet Sharing disconnects unless you uncheck "On External Power" in Power Settings
- You will get a Customer Feedback message once and once only. Just tap Next and close. (Anyone know how to kill this?)
- I don't have video dialing so unable to test on 3.08.DKv1.1, should work fine on 3.08.DKv1.0 since dialer is untouched.
- I don't use Black Berry Connect, but it looks like this doesn't work
- I don't use Exchange so unable to test
- Delete dword CWSLayout=1 or change dword CWSLayout=0, located in HKLM\HARDWARE\DEVICEMAP\KEYBD for Kaiser Keyboard Layout. Cab fix is also attached.

If anyone wants to modify these roms, all registry settings are intact so just use KaiserKitchen by Jscepi to extract, modify and re-cook. My tweaks are in OEM\OperatorPKG\mxipupdate_oemoperators_106.provxm l. PagePool is untouched.

I've been using this for about a week and I haven't noticed too many bugs. Threaded SMS is great. I'd love to get some feedback from anyone that trys out my rom. I didn't use the 5.0 version of the camera or the 4.2 version of MMS that has SMS and MMS separated since I don't use that much. If there are enough people that want it, I will change these out and add album in my next build.

3.08.DKv1.2 Updates! I didn't get too much feedback so I fixed a few things that I found and added UC as Sleuth suggested. UC is pretty awesome especially for us rom junkies. Also, TCPMP 0.81 doesn't work and there doesn't seem to be a fix for it yet.

Changes in 1.2:
- Change naming scheme, 1.2k (kaiser dialer) and 1.2t (touch dual dialer) versions
- Added UC http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=366333
- Added 2 missing CommManager images and shrank size of existing images (did not affect funtionality)
- Removed wm61_stwater.jpg and Windows Mobile 6.1.tsk to get rid of WM6.1 green theme

I wasn't going for a green theme. It's green because I removed all the added themes and WM6.1 is green by default when you first boot.

Any way I can get you to cook in User Customziation? The effort is trivial and ROM flasher's coming from other UC capable ROMs will be able to get up and running automatically. I'm promoting this as a standard across all cooked ROMs since it'll work on any device.

Here's (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=364541) a bunch of themes to get rid of the green. I didn't purposely make my theme green, it just is because wm6.1 default is green. erric191 also has blackbars.exe that will turn the bars black. Not sure what issue you're having with the dialpad, but my roms default format is for Tilt.

Getting ready to flash, but just a thought, since this is UC compatible, wouldn't it be beneficial to the rom user if he/she knew everything that was cooked in? Completely for the purpose of comparing with one's own sdconfig. I dont if UC roms automatically detect duplicates or what, but it would be a bit self defeating if one had to go through an remove dup progz. Anyways, thanks for the post...looks good.

I am using my own theme in every OS i am using. Just after flashing Your bios my wife wanted to play mahjong on my device and it was first time she saw it without my default theme ;)
... next step was writing xml for her tornado ...
... green one ...
... she forced me to do so ;) ...

Anyway, i belive that any user who flashed his OS will also know how to change device theme ;)

btw, I _cannot_ say that troubles with GPS are bug in Your bios... I used 'KaiserTweak' to activate 'assisted gps' - before this step GPS was OK. So, it's possible that settings that KaiserTweak is changing are slightly difftent in 6.1...

Qlphn - I meant to reply to you earlier. I drove down to Duke's in Malibu for dinner last night from downtown Los Angeles using TomTom with aGPS enabled and I didn't notice any problems. I personally don't use aGPS because I never noticed any real benefit from it.

As far as that green theme, sorry. I used to have a Q and it was such a pain writing xml's to get my phone looking the way I wanted.

GPS trouble was present only in apps that are using 'old way' - COM4...
Applications using Windows managed access to GPS were working OK even with 'assisted GPS on' - that's why i said it's 'minor trouble'. Morever, it's possible I messed up sth - so we need at least second person with the same trouble to start taking it seriously...

Don't worry about green, please ;) Whole situation was very funny in fact ;)

While flashing pass 92%, it rebooted to coloured bars and on desktop screen, it said image corrupted.

I'm uploading the fixed version now. I wonder if anyone can help me with this. I've been racking my brain all day to figure out why the k version of my rom would be corrupted. The only difference between the k and the t is the dialer. I went as far as rebuilding my rom from scratch and still corrupt.

Finally I fix it, but I don't see why this would affect the rom. I had to put Htc.tsk back in the OperatorPKG folder and modified config_operator so that this tsk runs at initial startup. Everything works perfectly.

So here you go folks, 1.2t (touch dual dialpad) is has the default winmo theme and 1.2k (og kaiser dialpad) has 1 extra file and is HTC grey on start. Sorry if freaked out anyone flashing the k version.

Also, I noticed while I was testing that the default WM dialpad works a lot faster and is more responsive than the HTC ones. I may remove it completely in my future release and now thanks to Sleuth with UC you guys can install any dialer you want during start if you wanted something else. Any opinions on this?

I'm flashed 1.2t rom now. Hopefully I can download the new 1.2k version to compare.

I don't see any issue if you use the default WM dialpad in future roms. Cheers and thanks for your fast action.

My 1st thoughts of 1.2t version, pretty responsive, similar to Sleuth 3.0. What I was hoping to see the new contacts and keyboard to be implemented. Of all the new WM 6.1 roms, I think only DC series (now v1.5) has impleted the new contacts. Can't remember if the new keyboard is there or not. If you are not sure what versions I'm talking about, I had seen them in Schaps v4.3 rom and Dutty's last WM 6.0 rom.

Still waiting for the new version. 14 mins to go!

zard - I think you're looking for HTC Random Access. It adds the bar on the right side of the regular contacts with the alphabet. I won't be adding this to my rom anytime soon as it is not that great IMHO. I've attached a picture of the bar and a cab for it if you want to install it.

I think there is a thread on this. You can make yourself a cab with your sounds or you can replace the existing wav files. There will be a few places you will have to make changes to the registry also. It's pretty easy to do. See here:

I did. My roms are built for AT&T Tilt keyboard layout. A cab is attached to my first post that will change it to Kaiser layout.

First Post under Tweaks. The last thing my tweak does is change the keyboard to Tilt layout. Now I could have accomplished this by adding this entry to any rgu or provxml file in my rom, but I decided to put it in my tweaks file for anyone wanting to take my rom apart. I also pointed out the location of the provxml with my tweaks in my first post.

I tried the card install method and its stuck on Loading . . . with nothing moving. Is this typical ?

I havent stopped it in fear that its actually installing , but i see no indication that its physically installing
