I found on developer's site ( http://www.velleman.be/be/en/download/files/ ) many files for OscilloScope Velleman APS-230 (http://www.velleman.be/be/en/product/view/?id=351265)...
(Create your own .NET applications that communicate with the Velbus through RS232.
Includes demo projects for Visual Studio 2005.
