Tilt Screen Goes Dark and Reprogram PTT Button

Where in these forums do I find the programs necessary to fix my Tilt so the screen does not go dark immediately after a phone call? Also, I am looking for the software to reprogram my PTT button to place a phone call that is voice activated.
