URGENT HELP about PROPHET HOUSİNG

i ve bought a new housing for my htc prophet , i-mate jamin, qtek s200

i am replacing the housing now, but i have a problem with touch screen

i tried the prophet without the front housing, it works
but when i assembly and screw them, touch screen dont work

please help anybody

i placed the pda to its original housing now everything fine,
touch screen working
what can be wrong with new housing?
any connectors on front?
