Unlock Extended ROM

Anyone know how to unlock the extended rom of Polaris? I tried with a few utilities but does not work.

I think (as i see on my o2 o2) TC doesnt hace ExRom anymore i can see all branding rubbish in \Windows\

yes, there isn't a ext rom in polaris device. all cabs and ext programs are in OEM folder in dumped roms... :)

How can I cook a cab and make it auto install when I do hard reset?
