Where is the F... Reset button ?

I think I'm stupid , but I don't find the reset button on my new niki

2. it should be near the USB

with this I've discover the WiKi , why it's not sticky like the other HTC ?

@Mazz : this is "hart Reset" , it's not exactly the "reset button"
