I've been using my 8525 to tether to my computer for a while and I've never had any problems.
Due to a virus on my computer that I couldn't get rid of, I had to reformat my hard drive.
I got everything re-installed and hooked back up, but now, when I tether my phone, it only stays connected for a little while. Like, 5-20 minutes, before it just disconnects for no reason.
Is there anything I can do to prevent this from happening? It's really annoying.

Edit: I should throw in that I'm using windows XP with service pack 1 installed. I had quite the downgrade, as this was my old winxp disc from several years ago.
