Phone restart to subslpash screen (htc logo), and freezs

Last night, I had some problems with phone, was working very slows, so I did soft restart. since then phone was not bee able to boot up.
When the phone boots, it stays in subslpash screen - htc logo.

What can I do to fix this, what could be a problem..

I have Hermes 8525, WM 6, Radio drivers v1.54.30.10

I got it to work. Had to hard reset, clear all data.. and so on.. luckily had PSB backup from few weeks a go.
