Is it possible to change the original WM caller ID

Is it possible to change the original WM caller ID (background and picture) ?

I know there are several programs who do this (Adressbook, photocontact pro, S2U, etc), but these programs are eating up memory.

So, is there anyone who can change, I think "windowscrossbow.dll", to have another caller ID.
